Evening Exhale
A calming nighttime blend to help the body soften, unwind, and prepare for deep rest.

What's Inside
Chamomile
Relaxant, digestive ease
More than just a bedtime cliché — chamomile is a genuine nervine relaxant that also soothes the gut, which often holds tension we don't realize we're carrying.
Lemon Balm
Nervine, mental calming
One of the most gentle and reliable herbs for an overactive mind. Lemon balm has been used for centuries to ease anxiety and promote restful sleep without sedation.
Lavender
Calming, aromatic
The scent alone begins to signal the nervous system to downshift. In tea form, lavender adds a soft floral note and reinforces the calming effect of the other herbs.
Passionflower
Deep nervous system support
Passionflower works on the same pathways as anti-anxiety medications, but gently and without dependency. It's particularly helpful for racing thoughts at bedtime.

Cyndi's Story
"This is the blend I reach for when the day won't let me go. There's a particular kind of tired that isn't restful — where your body is exhausted but your mind keeps running. These four herbs were chosen specifically for that. Chamomile softens the body. Lemon balm quiets the mental chatter. Passionflower and lavender do the rest. I've made this for myself more times than I can count — and now I make it for you."
