Herbal Tea Blends
Each blend has a story.
I don't make blends to fill a catalog. I make them because a combination of plants moved me — because I needed them, or someone I loved did. Every tea here started as a personal recipe before it became a product. Four blends. All of them real.
SignatureBedtime Reset
For the nights when your mind won't stop.
"This is the blend I reach for when the day won't let me go. Lemon balm quiets the mental chatter. Chamomile softens the body. Passionflower and lavender do the rest. I've made this for myself more times than I can count — and now I make it for you."

Nervous System Support
Uplifting without caffeine. Calming without sedation.
"Most stress teas knock you flat. This one doesn't. Peppermint lifts the fog. Rosehips brighten the flavor and bring in vitamin C. Lemon balm and passionflower hold the nervous system steady without putting you to sleep. It's the tea I drink at 2pm when everything feels like too much."

Women's Balance
For the hormonal shifts no one warned you about.
"Red clover was the herb that changed things for me during perimenopause. I built this blend around it — adding calendula for its anti-inflammatory warmth, rosehips for brightness, lavender for calm, and lemon balm to tie it all together. It's gentle enough for every day and strong enough to actually help."

Daily Gentle Cleanse
Not a detox. A daily act of care for your digestion.
"I stopped using the word "detox" because it promises too much and explains too little. What this tea actually does: dandelion root moves the liver, ginger warms the gut, nettle brings minerals back in, calendula soothes inflammation, and peppermint makes it taste like something you'd actually want to drink every morning."

A note on sourcing
"Every herb in these blends is either grown in my garden, foraged from land I know, or sourced from small farms I trust. I don't use fillers. I don't cut corners on quality. When a plant isn't in season, I wait."
